In recent months, there's been a lot of speculation about Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield potentially reprising their respective roles in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.
For the time being, it sounds more likely that we'll see them in 2024's Beyond the Spider-Verse, though nothing has been confirmed either way (there have, however, been an awful lot of rumours). Odeon Ireland has now revealed a new poster for the sequel, and many fans are convinced that Maguire's wall-crawler is among the Spider-heroes highlighted here.
The resemblance is uncanny, though we have a feeling this is just a recycled piece of promo art that's been utilised for this Across the Spider-Verse poster. In previous efforts, fans have noticed Hot Toys figures and comic book panels which have essentially been painted over by artists.
Still, we're not discounting the possibility Maguire will be part of the sequel, though this may well just be a random Spider-Man that looks a little bit like him.
