SPIDER-MAN: ACROSS THE SPIDER-VERSE International Trailer Has Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, And Andrew Garfield!

An international trailer for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has been released which features more new footage from the sequel, and an appearance from the three live-action web-slingers...well, sort of.

Following that unexpectedly early trailer drop for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, an international version has now been released with even more new footage!

While that's welcomed, the biggest talking point here is the inclusion of footage from the live-action Spider-Man movies. We hear the voices of Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and Tom Holland, but whether we should take this as confirmation they'll return as their respective Peter Parkers in the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel is up for debate.

Holland's web-slinger is referenced by Spider-Man 2099 at one point, so we'd say it's possible. However, it may also be something Sony Pictures is saving for this trilogy's finale, Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse

This follow-up looks bigger and better than its predecessor in almost every way, and while there are more Spider-Men than we can count, it's going to be another emotional outing for young Miles Morales. It seems he has to choose between saving his father or the entire Spider-Verse, but that's a decision the teenager isn't willing - or ready - to make.

Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar-winning Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn's full-time, friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence.

But when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.

The movie stars Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Karan Soni, Jason Schwartzman, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Greta Lee, Rachel Dratch, Jorma Taccone, Shea Whigham, and Oscar Isaac.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is set to be released in theaters on June 2, 2023.
