The first official trailer for Disney's live-action remake of
Mulan released back in July — and quickly became one of the most successful trailers of all-time. Alongside that, we also got a badass poster —
which you can check out here. Now, Disney has released yet another one. This one features the titular fighter in the thick of an action-packed scenario.
Remake of the animated classic from 1998; to save her ailing father from serving in the Imperial Army, a fearless young woman disguises herself as a man to battle northern invaders in China.
Mulan stars Liu Yifei as well Donnie Yen as Commander Tung, Jason Scott Lee as Böri Khan, Yoson An as Cheng Honghui, Gong Li as Xianniang and Jet Li as The Emperor.
Unlike Disney's other live-action remakes and the animated film of which it is based;
Mulan will have a serious tone and no musical outbursts — nor trusty dragon sidekick. Currently,
Mulan is set to arrive in theatres on March 27th, 2020.
Check out the awesome, new poster below (via
