With the arrival of the live-action
Sonic the Hedgehog movie right around the corner, Paramount Pictures has begun releasing TV spots and clips online. Now, they've started to release clips as the first one is available to watch below.
Courtesy of
Movieclips Coming Soon, this clip features both Ben Schwartz as the voice of the titular, blue speedster and James Marsden as Tom Wachowski. We know from the film's trailer that the two don't get off to that good of a start what with Tom shooting Sonic with a tranquiliser dart out of being frightened.
It seems that this clip takes place soon after that — given that the pair make reference to the aforementioned moment. Sonic attempst to speed away and go it alone but comes to realise that he can't swim nor does he know what to do or where to go. He makes up with Tom and the two embark on a road trip together.
