The recently released fighting video-game Mortal Kombat 11 features a cool, little Easter Egg which references Pixar Animation Studios' Toy Story film series.

A fan of both Mortal Kombat 11 and Pixar's Toy Story films recently took to Reddit (/r/MortalKombat) to share a discovery they made in the popular fighting-game which makes reference to the animated film series. Just like many other video-games, the latest instalment in the Mortal Kombat series features a plethora of Easter Eggs.

If you're a fan of the Toy Story films, you can probably remember that Woody and Buzz were both owned by Andy in the first three instalments. As such, the toy characters had the boy's name written onto the sole of their foot.

One of, in-game fighter, Johnny Cage's celebrations sees the character playing with an action-figure version of himself. Zooming in on the image, the Redditor was able to spot that the toy's left foot has enscribed upon it the name: "Cassie." Fans of the game series may or may not know that; Cassie is in-fact the name Johnny Cage's daughter.
