Square Enix has kept certain parts of
Kingdom Hearts 3 under wraps in order to avoid spoilers, but yesterday they lifted the lid on the game's "secret movie." Unlocked once you beat the game (and meet certain requirements), the secret movie - titled "
Yozora" - is an additional ending that offers a look at the future of the series.
Taking to the game's Twitter account, game director Tetsuya Nomura made the announcement.
By now, you can probably find the secret movie online. However, if you want to go through the challenge of unlocking it yourself, it involves photographing the Lucky Emblems hidden throughout the game's different worlds. Lucky Emblems are essentially Mickey-shaped heads that are similar to the "Hidden Mickeys" that guests visiting the Disney theme parks can search for.
There are a total of 90 Lucky Emblems hidden in
Kingdom Hearts 3. However, the number you need to find to unlock the secret movie is dependent on what difficulty mode you are playing on. Easy mode will require you to find all 90 Lucky Emblems, while the more difficult modes are more forgiving in the amount required.
