Sonic the Hedgehog 2 speeds into theaters as early as Thursday, April 7, with its official release on Friday, April 8. The Blue Blur's highly anticipated return to the big screen has been met with mostly positive reviews as it currently sits at a 67% on Rotten Tomatoes. The general consensus is that if you enjoyed the first movie, you'll probably like this as well.
But what if you haven't seen the first Sonic the Hedgehog film? As the first movie is now two years old, it's pretty widely available on various streaming platforms for either free streaming with a subscription or individual rental.
