The original
Pokémon cartoon had an interesting segment that would play right before the show cut to commercials, which had fans guessing the silhouetted character; and chances are that they would be able to name the
Pokémon right away.
"Who's that Pokémon?" was definitely something that fans of the original show still remember dearly, and now that we're drawing closer to
Detective Pikachu's release date, IGN posted a video that has actors Ryan Reynolds, Kathryn Newton, Justice Smith, Ryoma Takeuchi, Marie Litoyo, and Director Rob Letterman, trying to guess the silhouetted Pokémon.
To be quite fair, the
Detective Pikachu cast are able to recognize most of the
Pokémon, even when they don't quite remember their name. It is still kind of disappointing to see that only Justice Smith was able to recognize Clefairy.
