Greek and Roman mythology has long been a source of inspiration for filmmakers, but now the still budding studio, Mythos Studios, is looking to established an animated cinematic universe based on these iconic myths.

As of today, there are three separate projects in various stages of development, but the film that's furthest along is the Justin Bieber-led Cupid, which as the name suggests will follow the god of desire and attraction from classical mythology.

And now, after tapping music video veteran Pete Candeland to direct last month, Bieber has shared the first official look at the film with an image that sees his Cupid brooding on a cliff under a setting sun.
