The first poster for Paramount Pictures' upcoming Sonic The Hedgehog movie officially debuted yesterday - and was met with mixed, mostly negative, and confused reactions - and now another one has surfaced online.

The most notable thing about the posters is Sonic's pseudo-realistic design - which served as the catalyst for the negative and confused reactions. The first poster kept the speedster obscured by darkness, the second keeps all but his legs and shoes off-screen.

Twitter user @Wario64 took to social media to share the second poster which gives us a better look at Sonic's redesigned running-shoes and reveals that, a la The Flash, when running he'll leave a translucent trail in his wake.
