DISNEY+ Welcoming New Anime/Live Action Project DRAGONS OF WONDERHATCH

A new anime and live-action hybrid series is in the works, and a new trailer for the project just dropped showcasing the cast members and the highly anticipated December premiere!

The live-action/animated hybrid fantasy epic known as Dragons of Wonderhatch will be included in Disney+'s ongoing venture into the entertainment industry of anime! A more in-depth look at the two sides of the project, as well as a look into the ways in which the worlds of live-action anime and fantasy anime will be intertwined, was released to fans in the form of a new trailer for the film, which you won't want to miss out on!

You can now view the brand new trailer for Dragons of Wonderhatch that showcases some of the live-action scenes featured in the project down below! 

Four of the main characters and their voice cast members are introduced in the new trailer! Get the full list and coordinating character visual down below:

  • Kate: Yu Shimamura (Annie Leonhardt in Attack on Titan)
  • Byce: Kenya Miyake (All Might in My Hero Academia)
  • Gatz: Jun Fukuyama (Lelouch in Code Geass)
  • Maul: Shimba Tsuchiya (Tatara Fujita in Welcome to the Ballroom)

Takashi Ootsuka, who directed the animation for One Piece: Stampede, is also involved in the production of the anime film. Dragons of Wonderhatch is a live-action and animated "fantasy blockbuster" that is being directed by Kentaro Hagiwara, who is known for directing the live-action version of Tokyo Ghoul. Posuka Demizu, who is the mangaka of The Promised Neverland, was the initial character designer for the film. The anime production for the film is being overseen by Production I.G.,
