February has only just begun but since its a new month that usually means new movies and television shows hit streaming services. Where Disney+ is concerned, one of the films they added to their streaming slate today is
Around the World in 80 Days.
If you haven't heard of the film, it was released by Disney in 2004 and features Jackie Chan
(Rush Hour), Steve Coogan
(Hamlet 2), and Jim Broadbent
(Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince). The wacky adventure sees a British inventor, his Chinese Valet, and a French Artist attempt to travel by land, sea, and air to win a race around the world.
Around the World in 80 Days only received a 5.9 on IMDB, but it is one in a string of adventure films that Chan made at the time. While it may not live up to other titles like
Rush Hour and
Shanghai Noon, the movie is still likely to satiate anyone looking to scratch their Jackie itch.
