Fans of the SpongeBob SquarePants series must be already counting the days until THQ Nordic and Purple Lamp's SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated finally becomes available next Tuesday the 23rd of June.
Could you blame fans for being as excited for this remastered version of the 2003 classic? The Rehydrated version looks phenomenal, and the original is such a classic that any form of excitmenet for it is more than justified.
As if that wasn't enough, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated is also including new content that further justifies being excited for the soon-to-be-released title — such as a new multiplayer mode and even content that originally didn't make the cut.
THQ Nordic and Purple Lamp have been releasing some top quality videos that have given players a pretty good idea of what to expect from the game when it finally becomes available, and today thanks to the people over at IGN we have even more gameplay footage to sink our teeth into.
