Though Halloween is three months away, Fox have released a poster for the next "Treehouse of Horror" episode of The Simpsons. The upcoming episode of the long-running animated series will coincidentally be the 666th episode and be titled: Treehouse of Horror XXX.

If you're unfamiliar with the concept of a "Treehouse of Horror," it's a tradition that The Simpsons release a somewhat scary episode annually to coincide with Halloween. The episode in question will be the thirteenth of these horror-themed episodes.

The new poster (via ScarePop) features many characters from The Simpsons, however, they're meant to look like characters from Netflix's popular Stranger Things series. At the top of the image, you can also see a replication of the poster for, the Academy Award-winning film, The Shape of Water. Additionally, you can see Homer looking in a mirror and his reflection being a monkey.

The episode itself will follow suit with the poster and parody Stranger Things and The Shape of Water. Homer seeing a monkey as his reflection is likely a portion of the episode that isn't based on anything in particular.
