THE LITTLE MERMAID LIVE! Promos Tease New Renditions Of "Under The Sea" And More Iconic Songs
After giving us our first look at the cast of The Little Mermaid Live! in full costume, ABC has released five new promo clips that tease new renditions of the iconic songs from the animated Disney film...
While production on the live-action The Little Mermaid film still isn't expected to begin until next year, Disney and ABC 's Little Mermaid Live!, which stars Moana actress Auli’I Cravalho in the role of Ariel, is nearly upon us.
And with just a week left until the live event premieres on ABC, the network has shared five new promo clips that focus on Ariel, Prince Eric (Graham Phillips), Sebastian (Shaggy), Chef Louis (John Stamos), and Ursula (Queen Latifah).
These newly released promos are largely meant to highlight some of the more notable characters and the actors that will be playing them, but they also feature some brief snippets of the various songs they'll be performing during the show, including "Under the Sea," "Les Poissons," and "Poor Unfortunate Souls."
Of course, if you want to see the actors perform the iconic songs from the animated film in full, you will have to wait until the premiere of The Little Mermaid Live! on November 5th.
