Ever since late last year, Lucasfilm has been releasing animated shorts as part of their Star Wars Galaxy of Adventures series. Each of these shorts recreate iconic Star Wars moments with modern animation and dialogue lifted directed from the films.

So far, the series has tackled an assortment of scenes that range from Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker's fight in Empire Strikes Back to Leia's attempt to rescue Han in Return of the Jedi. Now, the series has once again turned its attention to Star Wars: Episode VI.

However, this time they are adapting Luke Skywalker's dangerous encounter with a Rancor. The footage kicks off with Luke approaching Jabba in his Palace, where he is holding Leia captive, and comes to a climactic conclusion when the young Jedi takes down the deadly beast.
