Netflix's epic fantasy adventure The Dragon Prince will return for its second season in 2019. 

Announced at New York Comic Con 2018, the exciting news was tweeted by NX with a caption that reads: "Return to a world of magic, friendship, and dragons in 2019. Are you ready for Dragon Prince Season 2?”

Created by Aaron Ehasz, head writer and co-executive producer of the hit animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Justin Richmond, The Dragon Prince is set in a fantasy world where humans and elves are in conflict and on the brink of war. The series follows two human princes and an elven assassin as they join forces on an epic quest to bring peace to their warring lands.

The first season of The Dragon Prince debuted on the streaming service in September of this year. It has been met with wonderful reception. It currently sits at 100% on Metacritic with a 90% audience score. Are you excited for the second season?
