DC and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment have announced plans to release The Batman: The Complete Series on Blu-ray for the very first time. The Batman is an animated show (not to be confused with Batman: The Animated Series) that first aired on Kids' WB before shifting to Cartoon Network and ran for five seasons from 2004 to 2008.
The series focused more the earlier years of Batman's crime-fighting career with Bruce Wayne attempting to juggle his public profile with moonlighting as the Caped Crusader. The series borrowed and adapted elements from various Batman storylines, including those from the comics, films, and event Batman: The Animated Series.
The Batman featured Rino Romano as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Alastair Duncan as Alfred Pennyworth, Evan Sabra as Dick Grayson/Robin, Danielle Judovits as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl, Kevin Michael Richardson as the Joker, Tom Kenny as The Penguin, Clancy Brown as Mr. Freeze, Adam West as Mayor Grange, and tons of other talented actors. The show also featured an impressive lineup of guest stars, including Mark Hamill, Chris Pratt, and Edward James Olmos.
In addition to all 65 episodes, the home release will include numerous special features:

- The Batman: Season 4 Unmasked (Featurette) – A behind the scenes look into the making of
Season 4.
The Batman: The Complete Series is set to land on Blu-ray and Digital in the United States on February 1, 2022. It will be priced at $69.99.
