Pokemon: Let's Go, Eevee!, and Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu! have been selling incredibly well, helping Nintendo Switch to destroy during Black Friday weekend, dominating the other consoles to best selling with the help of the same Pocket Monsters that were introduced twenty years prior. Much of the game's success may be due to the fact that it is a revamp of the classic games, or maybe it's because two of the most recognizable Pokemon were chosen to be the faces of the games - Pikachu, and Eevee.

After a tweet was released by Nintendo's Australia Twitter account, we now know that both Pikachu and Eevee will now be stepping their ways into another game - Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Meaning, any players with save data in their Nintendo Switch for the Let's Go games will receive the Pokemon partner associated to the game they have saved.

The tweet is above, and you can see that there are images of each support Pokemon as they will appear in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. This is a great little extra bonus for trainers and fans of Nintendo who happen to be playing both games while also allowing other players to be able to obtain the spirits as well - overall a decent move on Nintendo's part.

Now, there aren't any limits. Meaning if you own both games you will receive the Partner Pikachu Spirit and the Partner Eevee Spirit. On the opposite side, if you own neither of the games and are concerned that you might not receive these partners, don't fret. They will still be obtainable to players who don't own the Pokemon: Let's Go titles albeit with more hard work - through completeing challenges - you know, the way any good old fashioned Nintendo game goes.

Watch the trailer for the long awaited Super Smash Bros. Ultimate below, which will be released this Friday, December 7th. Let us know in the comments section if you will be grabbing the game!
