Nintendo has just released a charming new trailer for GameFreak's highly anticipated, not to mention long-awaited,
Pokémon Sword and
Pokémon Shield, which pays loving tribute to the previous generations of
Pokémon games.
Pokémon Sword and
Pokémon Shield will be releasing exclusively for the Nintendo Switch in a little bit under a month, and fans of the long-running Pocket Monster series are already riding that hype train to the new Galar region.
With all of the information that Nintendo has shared about the new game, it is unlikely that there are still some fans that don't know every single detail about it. That's probably the main reason why today's trailer is so charming; because it doesn't really give away any details about the game, and is more of a series celebration.

Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield will be set in Galar, an expansive region with many environments—idyllic countryside, contemporary cities, thick forests, and craggy, snow-covered mountains. The people and Pokémon live together in this region, and they’ve worked together to develop the industries here.
Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the 15th of November.
