Netflix’s The Dragon Prince has released a new trailer ahead of the premiere of Season 2, which debuts February 15th on Netflix.

The Dragon Prince follows the elven assassin Rayla and the two human princes Callum and Ezran as they band together to prevent a war between their two races. The critically acclaimed animated series, which received a score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes for its first season, picks up where Season 1 left off, as Rayla, Callum, and Ezran must return the adorable Dragon Prince Zym to Xadia in order to bring peace to the land.

Along with more action, adventure, and of course dragons, Season 2 of The Dragon Prince also offers improved animation, which was previously critiqued by fans for being choppy in Season 1.

The second season of the Netflix Original animated series has a total of nine episodes. The Dragon Prince is produced by Wonderstorm and created by Aaron Ehasz, who previously worked on the animated Nickelodeon hit Avatar: The Last Airbender as the head writer. The voice cast includes Paula Burrows as Rayla, Jack De Sena as Callum, Adrain Petriw as Gren, Erik Dellums as Aaravos, and Sasha Rojen as Ezran.
