She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, DreamWorks’ popular animated series, has been renewed for a second season!
DreamWorks Animation Television took to social media to announce the cartoon's second season, which will premiere on Netflix on Friday, April 26th. The announcement appeared on Twitter this afternoon:

She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is a reboot of the ’80s cartoon She-Ra: Princess of Power. The cartoon follows the adventures of orphan Adora as she discovers the magical Sword of Protection, which transforms her into She-Ra, Princess of Power. Along with her group of powerful princess friends from the Rebellion, Adora sets out to protect her planet Etheria from the evil Horde. The first season, which premiered on Netflix back in November 2018, was well-received by critics, gaining a score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes.
She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, which streams on Netflix exclusively, is produced by DreamWorks Animation Television and was created by animation producer Noelle Stevenson. The voice cast includes Aimee Carrero (Elena of Avalor) as Adora, AJ Michalka (The Goldbergs) as Catra, Karen Fukuhara (Suicide Squad) as Glimmer, Marcus Scribner (Black-ish) as Bow, Lauren Ash (Superstore) as Scorpia, Reshma Shetty (Royal Pains) as Angella, and Keston John (The Good Place) as Hordak.
