Last week's episode of
Marvel's Spider-Man saw Peter Parker
finally return to his own body which also meant a return to his crime-fighting ways. This included a confrontation with The Regent, a villain capable of stealing others' powers and using them as his own.
The battle continues this week as Spider-Man heads to the Cellar, a high-security prison where the Regent is keeping the Avengers locked up by using Dagger's powers. If you remember, Cloak & Dagger appeared in an episode earlier this season and now it's all coming together.
If Spider-Man is to save Iron Man, Hulk, Ms. Marvel and the others, he's going to need some help. Can he trust Cloak enough to work together with him and help free Dagger and the rest of the Avengers?
Continuing from “Brand New Day” Spider-Man, on the defensive against the Regent, takes his mission to the Cellar itself, where he believes the Regent is using the powers of Cloak & Dagger, as well as other villains, to keep the Avengers (Iron Man, Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Black Widow) captive.
