After a well-received first season, Netflix has officially renewed the animated anthology series Love, Death + Robots for a second season.
The second season, which is being referred to as Volume 2, will see Deadpool director Tim Miller and David Fincher (Gone Girl) return as executive producers. Although the show's first entry received generally positive received generally positive review, it did receive a fair bit of criticism for its depiction of female characters. As a result, some are hoping Nelson's involvement will lead to an improvement in this area.
The first season of Love, Death + Robots became available to stream on March 15, 2019 and featured a cast that included Topher Grace, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Gary Cole, Samira Wiley and Stefan Kapičić.
