Last year saw the debut of Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny. Now the second season of Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny is set to debut on July 5th, 2019 on Amazon Prime Video and we've got a brand new trailer.

The animated series is a spinoff from DreamWorks Animation's Kung Fu Panda movies. As such, it features the protagonist of those films: Po. Nu Hai, Bao, Fan Tong, and Jing are Po's four apprentices. They're young pandas who absorbed the magical powers of the legendary Four Constellations. The show follows this gang's adventures as Po shows them the ropes.

According to a new report by Collider, the second season will see the now-famous Four Constellations summoned by the Emperor to the Forbidden City where they discover a villain's nefarious plans to overthrow China. Po worries that the young panda fighters no longer need him. Throughout the series, Po will learn that he still has a lot to teach his apprentices and vice versa.

Check out the new trailer below:

Now famously known as the Four Constellations the panda kids are summoned by the Emperor to the Forbidden City, making Po fear the kids might not need his teachings anymore. But when friends turn to foes, all our heroes will need to draw from their Chi and all their Kung Fu knowledge to defeat evil in an explosive and epic battle.

Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny is set to debut on July 5th, 2019 on Prime Video.
