Season 3 of Prime Video's Invincible definitely went out with a bang as Conquest inflicted more pain on the show's titular hero than ever before.
Of course, Conquest's ruthless beatdown of Mark Grayson was all the more surreal, as it reunited The Walking Dead alum Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan) and Steven Yeun (Glenn).
In a new behind-the-scenes video from Prime Video, you can watch Morgan deliver some of Conquest's juiciest lines from the season 3 finale, which is currently ranked as one of the best season finale's of all-time, per IMDB.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Morgan stated, "I don't know what it is about being in a [recording] booth and trying to destroy the world, but it's really physically hard."
"I was just thrilled to get to be a part of it and give Steven his chance at redemption," Morgan joked, referencing their Walking Dead history.
Season 3 was certainly a gauntlet run for Mark Grayson as he seemingly dealt with one crisis after another, starting with Powerplex, then the Invincible War and finally, Conquest.
Surely, Mark's life will get a little easier in season 4....
Season 4 of Invincible was confirmed last July at SDCC, however, there is no confirmed release date yet. Previously, series creator Robert Kirkman stated that he hopes future seasons of Invincible are released on an annual basis, meaning that season 4 is likely to be released in 2026.
