At San Diego Comic-Con, Prime Video has announced that Invincible has been renewed for season 4. The news was revealed during Prime Video's Adapting Fan Favorites: A Conversation with Prime Video’s Adult Animation Creators panel.

Season 2 of the fan-favorite animated show wrapped on April 4, 2024.

The Immortal voice actor Ross Marquand previously stated that season 3 would be released in early-2025 but while Prime Video released a new poster for season 3 during SDCC, which showcases Mark Grayson's new costume, there was still no official confirmation on season 3's release date.

Previously there was a two-year wait between season 1 and season 2, with the second season having a 4-month midseason hiatus. It was previously confirmed that the wait for season 3 would not be as long and that season 3 would not have a midseason hiatus.
