While Harley Quinn has (as expected) been focused on the titular villain and her criminal compatriots, the DC Universe series has unsurprisingly weaved heroes like Batman and Robin into several episodes of the animated show.

However, although these heroes have had a fairly significant presence throughout the freshmen season, there is one heroic character that has been noticeably absent: Jim Gordon. The famous commissioner is intimately connected to Batman and his mythos, but aside from his appearance in the first episode, her hasn’t played a large role in the Quinn’s various adventures.

Nevertheless, the official synopsis for next week’s installment of Harley Quinn reveals Gordon will make his grand return, as Clayface’s lost sentient arm becomes instrumental in his case against Harley and her crew.

But based on the new promo for episode 6, which you can check out below, the commissioner will also be joined by The Dark Knight, who has a fun encounter with Quinn in his Batcave.
