Although Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield still won't come out for a few more months — scheduled to releaseon the 15th of November —  The Pokémon Company has been releasing bits of information to keep fans of the long-running Pokémon series excited.

Earlier this week, The Pokémon Company revealed that we would be getting new information about the upcoming titles, and today they have finally released a brand-new trailer that will definitely get fans of the series excited for the upcoming entry.

First things first, the trailer confirms that the Galar region will also have Galarian forms for the Pokémon, in the same vein of Alolan forms from the previous title, and that players will be introduced to Bede and Marnie(the game's new rivals), as well as the new Team Yell.

Check it out:

Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield will be set in Galar, an expansive region with many environments—idyllic countryside, contemporary cities, thick forests, and craggy, snow-covered mountains. The people and Pokémon live together in this region, and they’ve worked together to develop the industries here.

Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the 15th of November.
