The Disney Channel held its first ever Disney Channel Go! Fan Fest in Anaheim, CA this past weekend, offering attendees the chance to get up-close and personal with some of their favorite Disney TV stars. Among the attendees were the cast of the smash-hit new Ducktales reboot - David Tennant (Uncle Scrooge), Danny Pudi (Huey Duck), Ben Schwartz (Dewey Duck), Bobby Moynihan (Louie Duck), Kate Micucci (Webby Vanderquack) and Toks Olagundoye (Mrs. Beakley).
Moynihan revealed that the event actually marked the first time that he'd met Tennant as he records his lines for Louie in New York (where he also appears on Saturday Night Live) and Tennant records in London, England.
I wasn’t quite prepared for the love that this show has,” remarked the former Doctor Who actor, before adding, “People are so invested in it.”
Moynihan added that he used to race home from school to watch the original 1987 cartoon and now he's apart of the show. "I came home every day from school to watch it. And Disney Channel is now hitting it out of the park, which is the best way to do a reboot.”
