The first season may have come to a dramatic conclusion just last month, but the DC Universe streaming service is already set to premiere the second season of Harley Quinn on April 3rd, which should give folks forced indoors by the Coronavirus some much-needed entertainment.
And to build up the excitement and awareness for the return of the Kaley Cuoco-led animated series, a thrilling new trailer has been released, teasing many of the hilarious and extravagant antics Harley and her crew will participate in over the course of the season.
Also, after much anticipation, the footage provides us with a great look at Briana Cuoco's Batgirl, Sanaa Lathan's Catwoman, and Alfred Molina's Mr. Freeze, who will make their respective debuts during the show's sophomore outing.
Nevertheless, the moment in the trailer that has a lot of viewers talking isn't the appearance of these iconic Bat-characters but a brief shot of Harley and Poison Ivy holding hands. While it's unclear how this moment will unfold in the show, it caused quite a stir among many fans, who hope this means Harley and Ivy will have a romantic relationship similar to the one they have in the comics.
