Netflix is bringing a new animated series to their platform to kick off the year in the form of
Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts.
The new show features regular cast members Karen Fukuhara
(She-Ra and the Princesses of Power), Dee Bradley Baker
(Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Deon Cole
(Black-ish), Coy Stewart
(The Blacklist), and Sydney Mikayla
(General Hospital). The recurring cast is also filled with recognizable actors such as Sterling K. Brown
(This is Us), Joan Jett
(Steven Universe), GZA
(Wu Tang Clan), and more.
Serving as another animated post-apocalyptic fantasy, this animation seems to set itself apart by setting out heroes up to face off against adorable beasts attempting to kill them.
Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts is arriving on Netflix next week to kick off their year in animation.

After spending her entire life living in an underground burrow, a young girl named Kipo (Karen Fukuhara) is thrust into an adventure on the surface of a fantastical post-apocalyptic Earth. She joins a ragtag group of survivors as they embark on a journey through a vibrant wonderland where everything trying to kill them is downright adorable.
