Loren Bouchard is best known for co-creating the wildly successful Fox animated family comedy Bob's Burgers. The colorful members of the Belcher family have been household names for the past decade, and now Bouchard is looking to follow up that success by bringing another animated series to fruition -- this time for Apple TV.
The new series is called Central Park, and it features a talented cast of actors/ musical artists. This time around the family lives in Central Park rather than a burger shop, and the series will always be musical, rather than every other episode or so as Bob's Burgers tends to do. Focusing on two aspects that made Bob's Burgers so wildly successful is going to go a long way for the new show when it premieres on Friday.
Voicing in the series are stars Josh Gad (Frozen, Beauty and the Beast), Leslie Odom, Jr. (Hamilton), Kristen Bell (Frozen, Heroes), and Kathryn Hahn (Into the Spider-verse). Joining them to round out the cast are Tituss Burgess (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), Daveed Diggs (Snowpiercer), and Stanley Tucci (Captain America: The First Avenger).
