If you’re planning to visit Taiwan in the near future, then how about staying at the Cartoon Network-branded hotel? We understand the Cartoon Network Asia Pacific branch partnered with Hotel Cozzi Ximen Tainan to make it all happen.
Tainan is a popular tourist destination in Taiwan, which is the southwest of the country. With this deal, guests can enjoy many of the much-loved characters under the Cartoon Network umbrella.
The project covers 54 rooms in the hotel, so if all 54 rooms are filled during your visit, well, you’re out of luck.
When guests enter the hotel, they’ll be quickly greeted by a sculpture of Finn and Jake from the popular Adventure Time series. It doesn’t end there because sculptures of the Candy Kingdom are there as well, among other things.
“Together with millions of Cartoon Network fans across this region, including here in Taiwan, we are thrilled to be partnering with Cathay Hospitality Management to create the very first Cartoon Network-themed family accommodation experience in Asia,” says Vikram Sharma, Vice President of Cartoon Network Enterprises – Asia Pacific. “HOTEL COZZI is a unique concept that will delight the many fans who love our hugely popular franchises The Powerpuff Girls, We Bare Bears and Adventure Time. Guests will be able to relax, eat and play surrounded by their favorite shows and characters.”
We like the fact that the fun continues outside of the hotel, so fans can enjoy all things Cartoon Network no matter where they are on the premises.
For those in the United States, Cartoon Network is making plans to open a themed hotel in that country as well. We're not sure when this will happen, but certainly, it shouldn’t take very long.
