Riot Games is expanding upon the lore of their hit video game League of Legends with a brand new animated series titled Arcane.
Revealed during the game's 10th anniversary livestream, Arcane is about the origins of "two iconic League champions - and the power that will tear them apart."
Riot Games didn't get into too much detail regarding the plot, but the series is said to focus on characters from the utopian city of Piltover and its opprossed underground of Zaun. The teaser trailer does show some of these characters, including Jinx, who could be a major character in the animated series.
Arcane is being created internally by Riot Games. It's slated to arrive in 2020.
