Following the finale of Rick and Morty's third season, the irreverent animated comedy series was renewed for another seventy episodes. That's quite a hefty amount given that thus far it's each of the show's seasons have only consisted of ten episodes.

It has almost been two years since the most recent episode of Rick and Morty aired and it will have been by the time that the fourth season releases in November. Speaking of November; Adult Swim recently revealed their schedule for their second annual festival which will take place in Los Angeles on the 15th and 16th of November.

The official Twitter account of the adult animated series (@RickandMorty) confirmed that the event will feature the premiere of a never-before-seen episode from Rick and Morty Season 4. We're not certain of exact timings yet but we know that the screening will take place on the second day of the Adult Swim Festival.

The festival will also include a plethora of musical guests - they are as follows: Vince Staples, Jamie xx, Dethlok, Young Thug, Lil Nas X, Captain Murphy, and more.
