Amazon Video may be the home of a number of high-profile live-action series, like The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and The Man in the High Castle, but the streaming service isn't afraid to develop a few animated projects.

Now, the streaming giant has begun developing a new animated series titled 2051. This latest project is described as a workplace comedy and will be written and executive produced by comedian Mo Mandel.

However, Mandel isn't the only producer attached to the show, as Wonder Woman writer, Jason Fuchs, will also act as an executive producer alongside Greg Walter and Josh Lieberman.

An official release date for 2051 hasn't been set, but when it airs, it will join Amazon's other animated offerings, which include Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny and Creative Galaxy.
