Warner Bros.’ Detective Pikachu hits theaters May 10th and if you weren’t already planning on seeing the adorable detective mouse grace the big screen on opening weekend, here’s another incentive. Fans who buy tickets to see the film opening weekend will be gifted with a limited edition Pokemon TCG promo card of the electric mouse, voiced in the film by Ryan Reynolds.

The special TCG card features Pikachu decked out in his detective garb, drinking a steaming cup of coffee. Matching Detective Pikachu’s perfect blend of sweet and sour, the card replenishes health with a coffee break and deals a defensive corkscrew punch.
According to The Pokemon Company, supplies are limited and the special Pokemon TCG card will only be available for a short time, which is why they’re encouraging fans to see the movie early if they wish to add the card to their collection.
The live-action film Detective Pikachu is directed by Rob Lettermen, who is known for films such as Captain Underpants and Goosebumps. The cast includes Ryan Reynolds as Detective Pikachu, Ken Watanabe as Detective Yoshida, Kathryn Newton as Lucy, and Justice Smith as Tim Goodman.
Detective Pikachu premieres in theaters on May 10th!
