Fans of the Pokémon series will be glad to know that a new Pokémon Direct has been recently announced by Nintendo. This new Direct will be streamed tomorrow, on the 27th of February, at 6 a.m. Pacific Time — and is expected to reveal more details about the new core Pokémon game.

During the 2017 E3 Nintendo Direct presentation, Tsunekazu Ishihara — The Pokémon Company CEO — first revealed that they were working on Generation 8. Details about the project were scarce; only revealing that the project was in the works, and that it would be coming to the Nintendo Switch.

While it isn't impossible, it is very unlikely that this new Pokémon Direct focuses on anything else that isn't the new Pokémon game for the Switch, since Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee! and Pokémon GO have already had their time to shine. Hopefully tomorrow will be all about that new Pokémon title that we barely know any details about.
